Dynamic Survey System Overview
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) utilizes a Dynamic Survey system to manage its beneficiary database. Here’s what you need to know about it:

What it is:

It’s a method employed to identify individuals eligible for BISP programs like Benazir Kafalat.
Unlike a one-time static survey, this system continually updates beneficiary information.

How it works:

BISP employs various channels for updates:

Registration Desks: Set up at the tehsil level to register new families and update existing beneficiary data.
Future Developments: BISP intends to introduce multiple platforms for beneficiaries to self-report changes, though details are yet to be finalized.
NADRA Validation: BISP can authenticate updates through the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

Ensures BISP reaches those truly in need.
Reduces the likelihood of ineligible individuals receiving benefits.
Allows deserving families to enter the program if they were previously excluded.
