How can I apply online for Phase IV of the PM Laptop Scheme?

We’re discussing the registration process for the PM Laptop Scheme, which hasn’t officially begun in Pakistan yet. This is because the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is still buying the laptops as instructed by the Prime Minister. Once the HEC finishes purchasing the laptops, the registration process will start.There isn’t a final date for when the registration will begin, but it’s expected to start within the next month. Eligible Universities for Laptop Scheme.
If we talk about which universities students can register for the laptop scheme in 2024, any student studying at an HEC-approved public sector university or its sub-campus can sign up. Below is a list of the eligible universities for your reference:

Eligibility Criteria

Students who are residents of Pakistan and possess a Pakistani ID card.
Students studying at public universities or institutions approved by the HEC.
Students enrolled in PhD, MS, MPhil, or similar 18-year programs at institutions recognized by the HEC.
Male and female students enrolled in four-year or five-year bachelor’s degree programs at HEC-approved institutions, whether in morning or evening sessions.
Students enrolled in MBA programs.

Who cannot apply for the PM Laptop Scheme?

The following male and female students cannot get laptops under this scheme:

Students living outside of Pakistan.
Students without a Pakistani ID card.
Students who don’t provide the needed educational documents for verification.
Students who already got laptops in previous phases of the laptop scheme.
Students studying at government degree or postgraduate colleges, or affiliated colleges.
Students who didn’t submit an online application for a laptop.
Students who have finished their degree program by the time laptops are distributed.
